Late Registration: 6:30-9:00 am Late registration is $30 per adult and $15.00 for youth.
Service of Hope: 7:00-7:45 am The Service of Hope by Main Street General Baptist takes place at the main stage and is open to all.
Survivor Palooza: 7:00– 11:00 am Survivors, along with one guest, are invited to visit the SurvivorPalooza Tent to enjoy additional refreshments and seating. Watch the festivities on the main stage, enjoy the entertainment and stay for the awards. Survivor Palooza is sponsored by Bank of America.
Opening Ceremony: 8:00 am The opening Ceremony is kicked off with the Survivor Parade of Pink. I Run for Life sung by Meghan Gallagher, Lindsey Schroeder singing Who I am Today written especially for our Survivors by Ilene Reid and Michael Heitzman. Indiana State Police Color Guard and Trinity Cravens singing the Star Spangled Banner. Starting at 9:00 am Jay Putty will perform. DJ Jim Mattingly will keep the crowd entertained throughout the morning.
Survivor Parade: 8:00am The Survivor Parade is a procession of survivors, held in their honor. All survivors are welcome to attend. All survivors should report to the mall entrance next to JC Penney no later than 7:45am to line up for the parade that begins at 8am.
Aerobic Warm-up: 8:30am On main stage join Heidi Hyndman and Jazzercise for an invigorating warm-up.
Runner Award Ceremony: 9:30am Timed runners awards presented.
KidZone Dash: 10:00am New this year is the KidZone Dash all registered Kids ages 4-10 may run in the dash. The start line will be outside the KidZone tent near Wendy’s, Please line-up by 9:50.
Award Ceremony: 10:30 Team Awards and Kids Dash Winners will be announced.
Vehicle Parking: Shuttle buses will transport race participants to/from the Race Site, Harrison High School & Hobby Lobby parking lots from 6:30 - 8:45am and again from 10:45 - Noon. Other parking is also available in the Eastland Place and Eastland Shoppes lots and are within walking distance.
Bag Check: There will be a bag check area for any items you do not wish to carry while you walk or run. Items can be checked before the race and retrieved afterwards. DO NOT CHECK VALUABLES AS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS!
Back Signs: If you choose to wear a back sign, pin your pink “In Memory of” or “In Celebration of” sign on your back. These signs are available in the Survivor Palooza Tent and Late Registration.
Race Bibs: Please wear your Race bib on the front of your shirts on Race day. This lets others know you have registered for the Race and are entitled to everything your registration provides.
Timed Runners: Timed runners are to start at the front of all walkers. Please make your way to the start line at 8:45am to avoid having to fight through the crowd. Timed runners will start in a special section and results will be posted online as soon as they are available. Timed Runners will be wearing special ORANGE race bibs, please allow them to make their way to the front of the line.
Start Line: The Race 5K starting line is located behind JC Penney near Dillards. The 5K Run/Walk begins at 9am & the 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk begins at 9:15am. The 1 mile starting line is at the JC Penny Catalog entrance.
Finish Line: Once you cross the finish line, keep walking! There you will find food, water and drinks.
Safety: For the safety of all participants, inline skates are discouraged.

Komen KidZone: The Komen KidZone is located near Wendy’s & Chili’s and is for kids ages 4 to 10. Admission to the KidZone requires a race bib for both the child and accompanying adult. Children’s games & activities will be provided.
Merchandise & Raffles: Don’t forget to bring some extra money with you as there will be lots of pink ribbon merchandise available from our supplier, MainGate, as well as great items for raffle. Cash, checks, Visa & Mastercard will be accepted.
Expo Area: 7:00—11:00 am The Expo Area with all the local and national sponsors will open at 7am. Join our sponsors for games and give-a-ways and maybe even a coffee!
Dine 2 Donate: Area restaurants are giving back to Komen Evansville Tri-State Affiliate if you dine with on Race day. Stop by Late Registration for a list of participating restaurants.
Medical Tent: For your first aid and medical needs, the Deaconess Hospital medical tent will be located near the Finish Line. St. Mary’s willprovide a medical tent midway along the route.
Pets: Per city ordinance 9.90.52, pets of any sort are prohibited.
